The next step for Charlon Kloof - Eurocup

Suriname native is a member of Dutch national team, studied in the USA (St. Bonaventure), played in Spain (CBA), Turkey (Istanbul DSI), Greece (Rethymno), Italy (CUS Torino)… It is new challenge for Charlon Kloof now. 191 cm tall guard will play in Macedonia and prepare for the way between basketball stars.

The star of Charlon Kloof rises higher and higher. The Dutch guard started his professioal career two years ago in Turkish 2nd league TBL2. He was one of the best players of the whole league and a key player of his team - Istanbul DSI. He ended his first professional season with 20 points per game and the same result in validity.

Eurobasket 2015 was important for his next career. Dutch national team ended in the Group phase, but Kloof was the best player of his team and showed extra physical ability. Especially he confirmed that he can compete with the best players in Europe, when he finished with 16,2 points and 4,6 rebounds per game.

The next season Charlon moved to Rethymno, Greece. He was called up to the Italian team CUS Torino in the middle of the season. Charlon did not get as much playing time as expected. Now he has a new opportunity infront of him. He moves to MZT Skopje to play three Leagues – domestic Macedonian league, Adriatic League and especially Eurocup.

Kloof will face teams like Bayern Munich, Zenit St. Petersburg, Unicaja Malaga or Partizan Beograd in the next season. So, the new European star can rise in Skopje while competing with the best European teams.
